The information entered by the user for membership registration or other purposes will be transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper records) after the purpose is fulfilled. Users and legal representatives may, at any time, view or modify the personal information of themselves or children under the age of 14, and may also request the termination of membership.

To request membership termination (withdrawal of consent), click on "Delete Account" and complete the identity verification process. Management of Dormant Members' Personal Information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree, the Company will notify dormant members (members who have not used the service for the past 12 months or have not used it within a selected period) of the potential suspension of service use at least 30 days prior to suspension. If there is no response within the specified period outlined in the notice, the Company may suspend the member's service use.
In such cases, the personal information and service usage information of dormant members, including their member ID, will either be destroyed or stored separately. If the member requests to use the service again, the Company will recover the separated or re-collected information to support the reinstatement of the service.
